how to program the QV306 (Quadravox)
sound module with only a BASIC Stamp!

Today we've posted a PDF article "Sound Off Again (Part 2)" and BASIC Stamp
2 source code for download from:
http://www.parallaxinc.com/html_files/products/quadravox.asp
This new documentation will walk you through the steps of loading *.wav
files into the QV306 sound module with the QV430P Programmer, but the
exciting part is the "Look Mom, No Cradle!" section which describes how to
load sounds using only a BASIC Stamp (without the QV430P programmer). The
last portion of the article shows how to build a pushbutton-controlled
circuit for manually-controlled sound effects. BASIC Stamp source code files
are also available for download.
The QV306 Sound Module is $59 and the QV430P Programmer is $69.
