Audio Signal to Logic level

Believe it or not this is stamp related....
Any suggestions on how to convert audio signals to a logic level signal
using an Op Amp like an LM324?
The sensitivity to the Audio level needs to be adjustable...
I'll be using this logic level signal to interface to stamp.
