port Pbasic code to assembler

Hello everybody
I developed a MIDI controller using a BSIISX, for reasons of speed and cost,
I want to port the code to the Scenix 28AC chip that is used by the
stamp2sx.
Does anybody have any suggestions how I have to go on about it??
is there any tools, converters so that I do not have to write the code again
>from scratch in assembly or C?
