BS2p port 16 SERIN question

In a regular BS2, the following instruction works fine to read data from my
PC:

" SERIN 16, 16468, 1, upSideDown1, [queue] "

But the instruction does not with the BS2p.

With respect to port 16, has anything changed in the 2p? (e.g., the
baudrate?). It may just be a timing problem...

use baudmode=$40f0 (16624 decimal)
instead of $4054 (16468 decimal)

The baud modes for the BS2sx and the BS2p are different from the BS2
and BS2e. There is a baudmode table in the v2.0 manual, and also one
at
http://www.emesys.com/BS2rs232.htm
and also one in the Al Williams FAQ at
http://www.al-williams.com/wd5gnr/stampfaq.htm#s3.18

(p.s. Al, some the targets in the FAQ, like #s3.18 seem to be broken)

regards,

What about sending data into the ps-2 (keyboard) port
of a pc? What would be the protocol for sending data
that the PC thinks is a standard PC keyboard? Could
this also be configured so that a keyboard and or the
stamp could talk to the PC? I am new to the discussion
list and am not sure that I am following the right
path to my answer. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!!!
Thanks, Scott Sutton
