It's far more than a simple hoax. It's malicious! Follow those
instructions in a Windows system and you WILL find the file in
question. It is a normal Windows file. If you delete it you have just
destroyed long filename capability in your operating system. Isn't that nice?

it's not in the windows/command directory and/or it's not 44k.
If you want to read about it just go to symantec's site and search for sulfnbk

PS if you deleted this file already it's not really an important file unless you
use DOS.
