Basic Stamp 2 as a counter

Hello again. Does anyone know how you can get the BS2 to count in
binary form (using 10 pins as outputs), with a potientometer to
control the speed at which it counts? Could you supply the schematic
and code? Thanks

    why don't you just use the 4017 like poptronics
