Hi,
I was just wondering how to communticate back and forth between my
PC and the BS2sx using a comm port? If it is possible! If so, can I
use Visual Basic to do it? and HOW??

[font=arial, helvetica]I am not sure about the SX chip but I can communicate with a BS2 no problem
using Visual Basic 6.0 Professional version with the MsComm control

You need the professional or enterprise edition of Visual basic, or if you
do some searching of this group, there once was somebody who had a comms
package to use with VB learning edition etc. Once you get the comms part up
and running, there are plenty of samples if you search this group for links
etc. Also try your VB help (MSDN) documentation, presuming you have it, or
Microsoft's online help. Look for the 'MSComm' control. This group has
answered your type of question heaps of times before, so you should find
some excellent links / answers to previous queries.
