Faceplate from a car stereo deck

Hmm, just broke my very expensive car deck and thus i have a working
faceplate begging to be rewired
Just looking for some starting tips here.
Question 1)
It connected to the deck via a 14 pin little ribbon cable, is there
anywhere that i can get one of those to connect to, that prefably
splits up into actual wires? Or is there a easier way of wiring up to
the faceplate? I cant solder the points, they are way too small.

Question 2)
Any tips on what these might mean? Underneath the connecter the board
has written on it what each pin on it seems to be, they are as
follows: NC, DATA, CLK, CE1, CE0, INH, 9V, 9V, GND, GND, IN0, IN1,
RESET, SIRCS. (http://www.overdrawn.net/sonyconn2.jpg). The faceplate
has two displays on it, one on either side so i believe the IN0 and
IN1 might be for each display, and DATA could probably be for the
keys, but anyone know what the others might mean?
Thanks,
Nathan
