BASIC Stamp window crash

I'm using the Parallax BASIC Stamp program editor on an NT computer.
Every time a run a program that has any type of bug in it, the BASIC
Stamp program editor will freeze up. I have to ctrl-alt-delete to end
the task. Does the editor work on NT?
