Code for Keypad, BS2

Has anyone written code for interfacing a 3x4 keypad with the Basic
Stamp 2 directly, without a chip?

Hello, Sarah

I am using a 12-key keypad, not a matrix, hooked directly to my BS2.
Pressing a key causes the Stamp to serout data to my TWS transmitter.
