Error...Hardware not found?

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know why, after running the program with
the hardware connected the error 'Hardware not found'
appears. I'm using the BS2 along with the cable that
comes with it. I connected the cable on the serial
port and used the Hardware Wizard to find the stamp
but I still get the error. Does anyone have any
suggestions that might help?

Hello club, I've tried running the program on the
stamp and the debuger gives me this error 'hardware
not found'. I used the Seach wizard to find the new
hardware on my computer but I've had no luck. I can't
make my system work.
Does anyone know why or how to solve this error?
