Fire-Stick III should be ready by the end of the week.
Fire-Stick II accepts serial data from the Stamp from 1200 to 2400 baud,
and sends it via infrared. The Stamp receiving the infrared data only needs
an IR detector module to grab the incoming serial data. Fire-Stick II runs
from a standard 9-volt battery, and will even provide power for the Stamp.
Fire-Stick III turns a standard 12-key matrix keypad into a wireless infrared
keypad that reaches up to 100 foot operating distance.
