MiniMondo and INEX-1000

I just received the MondoMini Web Server and The INEX-1000 Training Board. I
plugged in a Stamp Activity Board and installed the MondoMini Server. In a few
minutes, I was sending e-mails to myself by pushing a button on the Activity
Board. I then switched to the INEX-1000. As soon as I run the MondoMini
Server with this board, the Stamp stops running. It acts like the ATN line
goes active and stops the Stamp. This does not happen with the Activity
Board.
I have two versions of the Activity Board, and they both work. The newest
version has a capacitor in series with the ATN line and a capacitor from the
ATN line to ground. The earlier version has just one of these capacitors, but
I can't tell which one. The INEX-1000 board has neither of these capacitors.
Are these the difference? Can anyone tell me what is going on there?
