Looking for an EE to finish design for $$$

Hello All!

I am in the midst of a Stamp project (or PIC) that needs to be finished
ASAP. I do not have enough hours in the day and the project must be ready by
June 1st. It involves 8 K-type thermocouples interfaced to a
microcontroller and a 20 x2 LCD display. If any of you out there feel
confident working with these parts and can do some basic programming to
dislay the temperatures, please contact me asap.
I tried farming it out to a design company....but they are asking far
too much to complete a simple project. But I'll guarantee to make it worth
your time! Looking forward to any responses!

Sincerely,

Steve Chlupsa

I'll be glad to help out
can you provide specifics on what you want (resolution and range) and what
you have achieved ? Is it a serial input display ? is this prototype or is
there more to be built? is there a project budget ? any logging of data or
    just display the temps?

here are some of my stamp projects

An option might be to use Tracey Allen's OWL unit.
Sometimes the featues of one unit might fit for another application.
    Just a thought.

    Hi Steve,

    That big race coming up?!!

I know what you mean about not having enough hours in the day--I feel
bad about not being of more assistance to you when you first proposed
this project more than a year ago. Good luck on the project!
