Now I'm actually trying to connect a switch to my stamp, but I'm running
into the low-power reset problem. On my stamp I have an input connected
to ground so that it reads zero, but I want to connect a switch to that
same pin so that when the switch is pushed the pin is pulled high. I
remember there needing to be a resistor in the circut with the power,
switch, and pin, but I don't remember its value.

What is the value of the resistor that needs to be in-line with the
switch to prevent low-power reset of the stamp?

Mike

Don't quote me on this, but I think you want a pull-down resistor from the
pin to ground, and the switch between the pin and +5 volts. Most of the time
you see a 10k resistor used on TTL stuff, so this might work here also.

If you use the BUTTON command and jump to a subroutine with a return, the
BS2sx will reset. I assume this is true for other BS2 processors. I found
this out yesterday when I was goofing around trying to use the buttons on my
    Activity Board.
