VoiceDirect Module to BS2

Hi All,
I have a VoiceDirect 364 up and running and would like to interface to BS2.
Would I run the logic output of the 364 to gnd thru a 10K resistor and also run
the output thru a 220 resistor to a stamp pin? I just tinker around with this
stuff and wouldn't want to smoke either!!

I am curious to know what a VoiceDirect 364 is. I am looking for a method
of adding voice recognition to a project is this anything like like?

The 364 is a speech chip from Sensory, inc. http://www.sensoryinc.com They
have a demo kit that has all the parts necessary to get it working.(mike,
speaker, etc). It seems to work well. I have it put together on a breadboard
and trained to recognize 15 commands so far. This one will go on a robot that
is controlled by 3 BS2's.
