help with error please!!

is there a technical support number that i can contact to help me debug my
stamp2?
i keep getting a "error: hardware not found" message and i don't know what to
do
i've tried specifing the com port
testing the battery
working on different computers
saving the program on the c drive and trying to run it (stamp2.exe)
running it directly from the CD rom ...
i really need help..... please!!!

the software may not see the BS. Also, if you are using a 25-to-9 pin
adapter, be aware these don't always work with things other than mice.
