    Dear Charlie,

Yes, in fact, I think one of your New Zealand counterparts is doing this in
Dunedin. Check with Terry Morris at
    http://ostec.earthlight.co.nz/users/technology/ect/datalogger.html. NZ is
such a small place you already know him.

Also, Dennis Chapman's Electrenz Society (www.electroflash.co.nz I think)
organization produced a few small clips that enable the BASIC Stamp to be
connected to their lower-level electronic kit. I don't know the name of the
kit but I'm sure you do. Ask for Les Black at Electroflash, or Ross
    Peterson.

If you have trouble finding any of these people please let me know.

    Sincerely,

Have a look at www.crocodileclips.co.uk or do a search on Google
for Crocodile Technology. There is a test download etc.
