Check out http://www.ias.uwe.ac.uk/linuxbot.htm - they've used Linux as an
O/S onboard several wireless networked 'bots communicating with a server and
each running their own web host !!

Not Stamp-based but interesting nontheless.

Justin.

Since it seems that the stamp can be talked with and programmed
with only three wires, then what about a small 'bot tethered
to a linux server that can be attached to through the 'net.
The 'bot could have some sensor or other, maybe even a camera,
and it could receive instructions from someone attached to
the linux box. The bot could even be reprogrammed, or dynamically
programmed, from the linux box while the bot is out searching the house.
I think it would be even neater (is that a word?) if it could
be performed through an IR transceiver, but that would be more
complicated than a simple teather.

Mike
