Easy, cheap, random dimmer

Does anyone know how to make a cheap and easy 3 channel random dimmer?· I want to make an RGB LED cycle through as many colors as possible, at random.· I don't want to use·a BS2 to do this directly, but a BS2 will be turning it on and off.· Also, I don't want to use any other kinds of micorcontrollers, this needs to be semi-stand alone.· thanks in advance
