GameBoy Camera Imaging System

Speaking of cameras and vision systems, I'm planning on using a GameBoy
camera on my robot. It's based on the Mitsubishi, M64282FP "Artificial
Retina" 128X128 pixel CMOS camera. There are some examples out there for
interfacing microcontrollers in Assembly and C, but nothing for the Basic
Stamp yet. The cameras are currently available on eBay for around $10!

These appear to be very simple cameras to interface. They can be used for
object detection and avoidance, line following, object following,
navigation, etc. Can't beat the price and if anyone would like to help me
on my project, please let me know. Looks like we'll need some RAM for the
image and maybe even a PIC to do some image manipulation. Anyone
interested?

Here's a few links to get everyone started:

If someone gets one interfaced before I do (or already has...), please let
us know.

Thanks,
Brice
