Sudden 2.5ms uprise on PAKVIII

Hello,
Anyone experiening a intermitent >2.5ms rise when being activated.
I have looked through the entire program and there is no such command
that sent the signal on.
It happens only on occasional startup.
The previous problem on sudden rapid surge in multiple signal has been
eliminated though.
