Hello,
Dose any one know where can I find matched bipolar or MOS transistors.

Thank You

Suggest you try ON Semiconductor (onsemi.com) and Analog Devices (adi.com).
On Semi was formally the discrete part of Motorola Semiconductor and is based
in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Are you looking for devices for small signal
applications? It would help if you could provide info regarding need and/or
application. Also suggest you check "Nuts and Volts" and "Circuit Celler"
magazines for manufacturers and vendors. Regards, Burt

    Hi Mohamed,

One good bet are the transistor arrays, like the CA3096A. They come
in dip packages that contain several transistors on the same
substrate (and therefore matched in temperarture, as well as in many
intrinsic parameters.) There are many configurations. It depends on
    what you want to do.

    Mohamed,

National Semi <www.national.com> apparently still makes the LM394 (and
LM194) SuperMatch Pair, as well as the LM3046 transistor array chip.

High-performance matched pairs (in a single package) used to be fairly
common in Japanese stereo equipment, usually in the input stages of power
amplifiers, but sometimes also in the low-level stages of high-end gear. I
suppose that ECG or NTE equivalents would be stocked by distributors that
specialize in repair parts, but you would have to thumb through the
selection guides to find part numbers...
