record/playback using sound chip

Hi,
I want to use a BS2 to record and playback about ten 8second sounds. I've
lookd over the datasheets for some chips and they do not mention using BS2.
I wondering if anyone has tried this before and has recommendations as to
what sound chip to use.
Thanks,
Telle

You can do it easily by interfacing in "pushbutton mode." ·I've written a
couple of articles for Nuts & Volts on the ISD2560.

·Do you happen to know where on the N & V site the articles on the ISD 2560 device are located?

Check for back issues at www.nutsvolts.com.[/font]
www.jameco.com has them. $9.95 for 1-9 and 8.95 for 10+. I just bought 10
of them for a project which they will be all controlled with Reynolds
Electronics' TWS/RWS 433 RF components for remote chip selection and
volume control.
