OT, but the subject reminds me of a monty python sketch, the one with
the fish license. I suggest you contact the ministry of housinge ("it
was spelled that way on the van").

I did something similar, although it is designed to keep ALL cats AWAY.· It involves a sprinkler, lots of water and a motion detector.
