Anyone got a copy of Peter Anderson''s Tutorial source code?

I just purchased a Basic Stamp II and Peter Andersen's Starter Kit
that comes with a tutorial. According to the tutorial, the tutorial
source code is supposed to be available on the web at
http://www.phanderson/~pha/stamp.ZIP, but I get a URL error trying to
access it. I've emailed P. Anderson about it but haven't gotten a
response yet. Does anyone have a copy of the source code or know
where to get it? If so, please either email the code or the location
to me privately.
