Attention BS1 Emulator Users: New version

If you use the BS1 emulator (free at http://www.al-williams.com/awce) you
should download the "bare" version and replace your existing BS1.EXE file
with the new one (version 0.5).
If you've never installed the emulator, get the full version, and then get
the bare version and replace the BS1.EXE file.
Only one minor change to fix a bug in PULSOUT emulation.
If you haven't used the program, it allows you to write BS1 programs using
the Parallax editor and simulate them with no hardware. Doesn't't simulate
100% but you can still do a lot with what it does.
