Question No. 1. Who can a Basic stamps 2 be programed to make a DC
motor accelerate from 0 to 4.5 Volts?

Question No. 2. A disk rotates one revolution about 40 seconds. The
motor is gear reduced about 730 to 1 and has an encoder with 500
pulses per revolution or 365,000 pulses per rev of the disk. The
encoder output has been divided by ten or 36,000 pulses per rev. of
the disk. Stamps has to deal with about 730 pulses per minute
maximum. How does one make the disk stop at any preselected pulse
using the stamp out puts?
