Dear Customer,
If you are an educator and would like to learn how to use the BASIC Stamp
for robotics, process control, and sensor interfacing please consider
attending one of our BASIC Stamp Educator's Courses in 2001. Detailed
information (including a complete syllabus) about these courses may be
downloaded from
http://www.stampsinclass.com/downloads/Course_Information.PDF.
The classes will fill to capacity but we've still got some room in each of
them. Classes are mostly held at colleges and universities, and some high
schools. We can accept non-educational attendees from industry depending on
the forum (and rules set forth by the host). E-mail
stampsinclass@p... if you want to attend but are not involved in
education.
The classes are a partnership between Parallax and key educational
institutions. They provide the computer lab and we bring the hardware!
Everybody learns PBASIC programming and improves their electronic skills.
Cost ranges from free to $65 depending on the place. There's no marketing at
the courses, just well-designed instruction from Parallax engineers.
Current class list is shown below:
Salem, Oregon - January 26-27, 2001
San Luis Obispo, California - February 3, 2001
Geel, Belgium - February 9, 2001
Capelle a/d Ijsell, Netherlands - February 10, 2001
