20 pin connector on BOE

I am looking for a way to easily connect and disconnect my
basic stamp 2sx BOE to several prototype devices that I am working
on. I think the best way to do this would be via the 20 pin
connector used to connect appmods to the board. I only need one
attached at a time. Does anyone know where I can purchase the
connectors and wires for this? What are the connectors called?
