I am new to basic stamp programing and robotics. I have created my own
FIRSTbot that moves in a random path and a four legged version of firstQUAD.
Though they move they are 'dumb' and have no sensors attached. Could anyone
tell me how to attach a switch or photo-resistor and then read an I/O pin. I
am confused as to the programing comands involved. Would you use PULSEIN ?
could you please help?
Thank you

Hi Sean -
The recommendations made by the FirstBot folks
seems to be here:
Additional information can be found in the StampWorks Kit Manual, which
can be downloaded from the Parallax web site [ http://www.parallaxinc.com
]. It can found
by following the StampWorks "Read On" link on the Home Page.
Any further or future enhancements would certainly benefit by purchase of
the StampWorks kit
for implementation and instruction on the "How To's". Thanks go to Jon
Williams for the
excellent job he did in preparing that manual.
