Hi Todd,
The short answer to your question is no because too many other variables
could change the density, which I assume is what you mean by pressure.
However depending on your application there could be some correlation to
density if the process you are pulling your sample from is consistent. If
you are just wanting to measure the dissolved oxygen of an uncontrolled
source, such as that of a lake or stream then density is not the way to go.
Here's a stretch, I don't know how real time you need your data needs to
be but think about this. You can get a direct reading titrimetric test kit
for about $35 US. This is a kit that has a graduated syringe and a chemical
solution. Basically it changes color to indicate percent dissolved oxygen.
If you could automate the sampling process and chemical reagent addition,
you could then build a basic colorimeter to measure the color change and
interface this to your stamp. ( ok I said it was a stretch).
