Components source in Europe

I am near Brussels and don't find any of the components that are used for the
applications listed in the Parallax manual or cited in the Stamp mail list.
The outlets here sell only the most current components (and the Parallax starter
kit).
I don't want to buy in the US due to the exagerated mailing costs.
Please inform me for an european mailing house publishing a catalog or having a
documented web site and selling in small quantities.
Thank you in advance
