roswell clone - Need gyro chip

Daing-it Daing-it Daing-it!!!
I put in a bid on a gyro point mouse on ebay on friday
my email went out over the week-end and I got out bid ;-(
Since I cant buy the gyros, I was going to buy a gyro mouse and scavange the
gyros
does any body have any murata gyro module or have a gyro point mouse thay
want to sell me ?
either the distributers dont know what I am talking about, they expect stock
in february or they dont speak english !!!
I am getting very ticked off at trying to scrounge-up parts

I've had the same experience with Murata distributors: none of the really
small ceramic gyros until Feb. Even then, the minimum order is 100 at about
$75/gyro. I did get a sample, but that took about 6 weeks.
Tokin < www.tokin.com > also makes ceramic gyros with a similar principle,
but limited to +/- 90 deg/sec in maximum angular velocity. If you can live
with that, they are more available through the distributors.

I believe it is the first one - I really like the 20mv/g/sec that means that
I don't have to do any signal conditioning

One of our club members picked up a used Roswell Flyer at the swap meet
last weekend for $50(owner had replaced cross frames with carbon fibre
rods). I saw that there were 3 piezo gyro modules on the control board.
