BS2 and Camera interface?

Hello,
I would like to design a project that utilizes a BS2
and a camera. I would like to have the stamp receive
and image and then use a telephone to dial up and
transmit the images to a remote computer. Has anyone
done this? Is there any URL's that exhibit this?
Any advice would be helpful.
