Cermetek modem code

anyone that has a simple piece of code already written to save me a
little time that works with the CERMETEK modem module from Parallax?
I need the following:
1. when switch is closed, dial a preset number to another computer
with hyperterminal or similar
2. when connected, download stored data from a serial eeprom and a
stamp that is connected by a cord to the modem module with another
stamp (II) as tye modem controller
3. when finished, reset signal sent to device that clears eeprom and
then hangs up.
Know this is simple, but if someone out there in STAMPLAND has
something I can use, would apprecite it
Thanks
Mike

If you click on the box to register with EDN you can then do the registering process and then you'll have access to the code. Registering is free.
