Using StampI code on StampII

I have some stampI code that I want to run, but I only have a StampII
microcontroller. Is there any software available to convert stampI code to
stampII?

I have tried loading the code into the windows interface - it allows me to
open stampI files, but when I choose run, there are numerous syntax errors
(for example in the symbol command).

The Stamp manual version 1.9 covers both Stamps 1 and 2; it also has an
excellent section on code conversion between the two. IMHO it is an
essential resource if you use Stamps. I believe it is also available on the
Parallax site.

The following is an example of multiple inputs being sent to another stamp
II. Good luck.

If you have a manual called "PArallax Basic Stamp Manual, it gives
you examples of conversion from BS1 to BS2 code.
