Hello,
Could someone please measure their Boe-Bot chassis. All I need is outside
length, width, height. I have one ordered, but need to know the size. The online
pdf is a dwg? I cannot find anything I have to open it.

This is an Autocad drawing file. There are CAD viewer type programs around
that will open it if you don't have any Autodesk products.

By the way, I have the pdf file as well, which I had converted it
from the dwg file. Let me know which format you're interested
    in.

The BOE pc board is 78 mm wide, 32 mm seems a little small? I would
guess it is about 90-100 mm wide?

Sorry, the width should read 82.6mm and not 32.6 mm.
My eyelids was probably too heavy :-)

One of my favorite all around file viewers is AutoView (I don't think it is
    related to AutoDesk/AutoCad).

You can find a freeware version here http://www.cimmetry.com/index.html

It will view just about all vector and raster graphic file types as well as
    many others.
