Bar code scanner

Does anyone have any experience getting input from a bar code scanner into
a stamp?

If and only if all the decoding is done at the wand or device can you read
the data. I did it once using a reader with a keyboard interface. The data
was buffered through a shift register and then shifted in by the bs2. If u
need more data email me off the list.
