The topic of expanding the Stamps I/O capability using serial
I/O comes up over and over. My I contribute a real working
example on my HO gauge model railroad, the Teton Short Line.
48 I/O connections to push buttons and LEDs with I/O lines left
over by using 74x164 and 74x165's. schematics & BS2 code included.
