Thanks to all for suggestions on how to make a logic signal from sensor
input--I'm leaning toward the ADC idea as gives more flexibility.

Thanks for the help with this. I've always been grateful for the
people on this board who are willing to help out. I got a hold of
that project and started reading it over now. Hopefully will help.
