Strain Guage

I am a beginner basic stamp user and currently doing a project which
requires basic stamp II to interface which a strain guage.

The application goes like this, the microcontroller should always
turn on the motor until the strain guage sense a 50g.
So how should i let the stamp know that it is 50g and should shut off
the motor?
