How to connect Basic Stamp II and pre-USB Powermac.

Hello,

I have looked to find whether it was possible to use the Basic Stamp
II with a Macintosh. I have found a document about how to use it with
a PowerMac that has an USB port; it said a Keyspan USB PDA adapter
was
needed.

But I have an older PowerMac, that has serial ports of type geoport.
I have searched without success to find a similar adapter for the
geoport. Does this mean the BS II can be connected directly to the
geoport?

Can anybody please tell me how to connect a Basic Stamp II with a
geoport serial port.
