Capacitor to keep clock alive?

I have a clock ( pocket watch b ) hooked to my BS2. I'd like to
maintain time for a resonable period if the board gets reset or I
change power supplies. I'm trying to size a cap across the power
pins. What uF and voltage would be appropriate? Thanks
