OP AMP selection

Greeting All,
I am laying out a circuit from a magazine
and it calls for a MAX4067CPA op amp
This is a dual op-amp and Digikey and Mouser
don't carry it. (Digikey lists it but ZERO in stock)
Does anyone know if there is a cross reference
that would allow me to find a more available substitute?
Thanks,
Dave

Dave -
Just shoot on over to the Maxim website [www.maxim-ic.com ] and ask for a
sample. They have an OUTSTANDING sample policy on any of the chips they offer.
Hope that helps.

Bruce Bates
Are you sure about that part number? I just looked
through my Maxim part book (Fall 1999) and can't
find this part. A search on their site turned up nothing
as well. MAX407CPA is a dual op-amp. Could this be
the part? If it is, you're in luck - Digikey has 1378 in
stock.
Cheers,
Steve

dual op-amp. This is a national semiconductor part. TI has a quad op-amp
called a TL084N but it is discontinued so that probably wont help much. If
I were you i'd check out the LM747. This might do the trick.
Good luck,
Jim
