You were looking for monitoring a turbine? You'll will probably need
the threaded stainless steel type($$$). Digi-Key carries some.
Motorola and SenSym have app notes at their WEB sites.
All I've seen are Wein bridge configuration where you supply a
excitation voltage and get a mV output proportional to pressure. They
come in 3 configurations, plain sensor which needs temperature
compensation, with compensation and signal conditioned(0-5V out). The
3 package types are absolute(referenced to a vacum), gauge(referenced
to the atmosphere) and differental(referenced to a second port).
