I don't have a design for·a voltmeter but the Basic Stamp Manual shows you how to interface to an LCD display on pages 71 to 75.· That plus an analogue to digital converter should do the trick (perhaps the .· The voltage would be read into the A/D converter and the digital output would be fed into the stamp which would provide you with a reading on the LCD.

ideally I would input 0-2v differential from my sensor (strain gage) and I would be able to scale it, auto zero, auto shut off after 5 min for battery conservation.

I need a quick design and would purchase if need be.···
