Random sounds

I want to add a bit of "personality" to my robot - I want it to play a
random sequence of sounds, much like the computers of the old sci-fi
movies. RANDOM needs a seed, where can I get a good one (where I can't get
a keypress etc.)?

Also, is there a web site of something that has the FREQOUT values for
various songs?
