I'm sure it was the same one, and I have been to ISD site and checked out
their other chips. But I needed it same day, so I grabbed this one. It is
for a prototype anyway, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

If you bought the same chip from radio shack that I did, you bought one
outdated IC. They make MUCH better audio recording chips for less than half
the price, and use far less components. Check digi key for the specs and
prices.
