Hello,
this might've already been answered previously - but, I could not
find. Anyways, I'm a beginner and trying to use IR emitter and some
sort of an IR receiver to do some simple SERIN/SEROUT commn btwn two
minature robots.
Can I use an IR LED to send ? What kind of an IR Receiver should I
use ? and, also, please - if you can point me to an example code /
circuit that will be great!!
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks much

The entire package awaits you on the Rentron site.with transmission up to
100 feet. I know of no other solution that reliably transmits and receives
consistantly, at that distance. Other testimonials can be found on the
website. YMMV of course.
